We worked directly with the owner Gary Gregg to design and construct this 700,000 Square Foot warehouse when employed by Stantec Architecture.

From vacant site through to completion we managed all aspects of design and construction while employed by Stantec Architecture.

Van D Developments found the site, rezoned the site and completed the design. Construction is slated for spring 2022

We completed design and Contract Administration for this one of a kind office building while employed at Stantec Architecture.

We participated in Design and Project Management of this exceptional project serving the community of Sherwood Park while employed by ONE Properties.

This heavy industrial building was designed and built on a compressed schedule with Jeffrey acting as the Project Manager from design thru to completion. 

Jeffrey worked through the land development of this 500 acre site. We also worked with this Red-L from site design thru tenant fit-up when employed at ONE Properties.

A complete redesign and concept was developed and built from the previous use as an large hardware store.

It was a pleasure to design this large home for a local general contractor.

With Mid-West Property Group and Dawson Wallace Construction, Van D Developments is currently working on a redesign of the Riviera Plaza Shopping Center in Edmonton.
